Maple-Bacon Cheddar Burgers
Juicy beef burgers with smoky bacon, melted cheddar, and a hint of maple sweetness. Served on toasty buns with crisp lettuce and tomato for a crowd-pleasing, well-balanced meal.

A maple-forward beef burger featuring a tangy Dijon sauce, sharp cheddar, crispy bacon, and pickles on toasted brioche. Balanced to keep maple as a finish rather than the star, with a creamy mayo-based sauce harmonizing tang and savory notes.
Prepare maple-Dijon sauce by whisking mayo, Dijon, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire, hot sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and tangy. Taste cold and adjust with more Dijon or vinegar if needed.
Toast brioche buns until lightly golden.
Form eight 140 g beef patties from 80/20 ground beef, season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook patties on a hot griddle or skillet to desired doneness (medium-rare to medium recommended). Add cheddar slices in the last minute to melt.
Assemble burgers: bottom bun → sauce → maple-seasoned patty → cheddar → bacon → pickles → sauce → top bun.
